Vaskuläre Purpura, die auf eine leukozytoklastische Vaskulitis der kleinen Gefäße der Lederhaut hinweist, ist entweder Ausdruck einer isolierten Hauterkrankung oder eine klinische Manifestation einer systemischen, infektiösen oder neoplastischen Erkrankung. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, das ätiologische Profil der vaskulären Purpura in einer Abteilung für Innere Medizin zu bestimmen. Die retrospektive Studie umfasste 55 Patienten mit PV, die in unserer Abteilung für Innere Medizin gesammelt wurden. Die ätiologische Diagnose beruhte auf einem Bündel von Argumenten: Anamnese, Klinik, biologische und histologische Untersuchungen. Unsere Serie umfasst 34 Frauen und 21 Männer mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 44 Jahren (14-80 Jahre). In 72,7 % der Fälle wurde eine ätiologische Diagnose gestellt. Systemische Erkrankungen waren die häufigste Ätiologie, die in 19 Fällen (34,5 %) gefunden wurde. Dabei handelte es sich um rheumatoide Purpura (11 Fälle), Gougerot-Sjögren-Syndrom (5 Fälle), systemischen Lupus erythematodes (2 Fälle) und Churg-Strauss-Syndrom (1 Fall). Eine infektiöse Ursache wurde in 10 Fällen (18 %) gefunden: Hepatitis (7 Fälle), Poststreptokokkeninfektion (1 Fall), Zytomegalievirus (1 Fall), Parvovirus B19 (1 Fall).
