Description

Development issues in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are now included in several government research and programs, because the socio-economic situation of the population is deplorable, especially in rural areas. Among the factors at the root of this situation are political will, instability caused by community conflicts and repeated wars, and the lack of training and employment opportunities. Today, as the government seeks to meet the challenge, several actors must take ownership of this will, each in his or her own area, to contribute to the implementation of the country's development process. Thus, the INPP, whose main mission is the Professional Qualification of the active population, with its several axes of intervention, must play a great role on the question, because its interventions must facilitate the practical actions of the development of the human capital in the various trades and jobs by setting up the cartography, the process of the training and to support the companies on the recruitment, the analysis and classification of the jobs as well as to accompany the certified.
