Faced with a lack of unity in the teaching staff of the universities, "ORASSU" is intended as an intellectual and scientific space to reunite the Providers, Heads of work and Assistants of the universities through this Review for their scientific publications in the diversified fields. A unique scientific initiative to give a good image to the teachers of the universities in DR Congo to be able to value themselves by their scientific productions in the docking of the new LMD system where we are called to teach and evaluate differently, the expression of a self-assertion of the Congolese elite in the world arena.
