The content of this book is research centered by continuing affidavit and the nano field vision of the semiconductor inorganic Zinc Oxide material. Here the In-situ chemical synthesis performed in eco-friendly manner. Bio-polymer Chitosan and agar was used as a capping agent of ZnO as separately and in the blend form. The presence of ZnO nanoparticles in bio polymer matrix was confirmed by UV, FTIR, XRD, FESEM, EDAX and TEM. This novel ZnO base compound system gives the tremendous advantages in current research, such as antioxidant, anticancerous, antimicrobial in in-vitro species.
