Across the U.S., college and university administrators worried about their financial situation, their sources of revenue, tuition, student housing, research support, etc. A question that can be asked at this point is how will higher education institutions be able to go forward during and after this pandemic? This book is an informative analysis of international students’ feedback on the Andrews University (AU) crisis communication during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The findings of this study could be a valuable tool to use in order to create a new customer support model to guide customer experiences, especially during the time of crisis. Organizational entities such as Andrews University will likely deal with a similar crisis in the future.
