L'arrangement de base consiste à utiliser la cryptographie pour chiffrer les informations avant de les transférer sur le nuage. Cette approche garantit que les informations ne sont pas visibles pour les utilisateurs externes du nuage et les administrateurs du nuage. Actuellement, une pléthore de techniques cryptographiques sont utilisées, mais elles ne parviennent pas à assurer la sécurité complète des données et chacune d'entre elles présente des limites. Pour réduire ces problèmes, une nouvelle approche SDBAES avec un mécanisme d'autorisation est introduite pour limiter les problèmes de sécurité des données.
