El libro "La falsedad judicial" aborda el problema de la falsedad judicial contenida en las sentencias del TPIY en lo que respecta a la guerra civil en Bosnia en el período 1992 - 1995. El libro está dividido en tres partes. En la primera, el autor se ocupa de una construcción ilegal creada en la práctica del Tribunal de La Haya, denominada por el mismo Tribunal "empresa criminal conjunta". La segunda parte del libro trata de la anatomía política de la sentencia de la Sala de Primera Instancia en el caso del Dr. Radovan Karadzic. La tercera parte está dedicada a la explicación de la aplicación retroactiva inconstitucional de la incriminación de crímenes contra la humanidad en la práctica del Tribunal de Bosnia y Herzegovina. Estas tres partes facilitarán la obtención de una imagen completa sobre las falsedades judiciales creadas por instituciones que, por la naturaleza de su trabajo, nunca deberían hacer algo así.
