Description

The textbook presents the basic provisions of international rules for the transportation of goods across borders, taking into account the national activities of states. It is shown that the legal space of international carriage of goods and passengers across borders and territories of countries is determined by interstate conventions, agreements, protocols, national legislations of states-participants in foreign economic activity. It is noted that logistics and commodity transportation networks are subject to the general rules of energy processes flows. At the same time, the world order depends on the fulfillment by each participant of the rules and conditions of transportation, both tangible values and virtual substances.
