In the search to contribute to the mechanism of fight against electoral fraud, through this study, the author gives content to the concept of electoral fraud and makes the autopsy of the systems of prevention and repression of it for the guarantee of the effectiveness of the exercise of democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The book offers to the attentive readers not only a synoptic overview on electoral fraud, its consequences on the organization of elections like the direct elections organized in DRC from 2006 to 2018, but also on the analysis of the mechanisms of its prevention and repression in this country in the center of Africa. The book is an important tool that can guide the actions of judges, prosecutors as well as the main electoral actors for the consolidation of the electoral process. It is also the expression, for its author, of his electoral experience of more than a decade as a field technician at the Independent National Electoral Commission of the D.R., but also his contribution on the mechanisms of the fight against electoral crime.
