Hence economist have suggested to set up industrial units in the rural areas to solves the problems of seasonal under employment, utiliazing local resources and also to improve the standard of living of rural masses.` It is evident that the rural industries are very important in the economic development of any country because of its inherent advantages like generation of employment with less investment, utilising local resources, sharing more contribution in the production and exports etc., when compare to large and medium industries. In the study it reveals that the rural industries are influencing the entrepreneurship developing through the education, previous occupation, family back ground etc.
