La bebida sotol se comenzó a exportar en el año 2000, sin embargo productores y comercializadores de dicha bebida se limitaron a exportar gran parte del producto a Estados Unidos, esto debido a la falta de conocimiento y cultura exportadora, así mismo por el fácil acceso al mercado. Es por ello este trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo demostrar que existen mercados alternos para comercializar sotol, en este caso mediante la marca Tzotollin hacia el país Santiago de Chile.A pesar de la problemática actual por la cual atraviesa dicho país, debido al alza de precios especialmente en el transporte público, y otras cuestiones sociales como, la mala administración de las pensiones, privatización del agua y corrupción. ( Paúl, 2019) El mercado es viable ya que el producto está dirigido a un segmento de mercado específico, además una variable importante como lo es inflación no ha aumentadodrásticamente actualmente y se mantiene en 2.24%, además la presente investigación se llevó a cabo en un periodo anticipado a los hechos actuales.
