Women's empowerment is need to the attaining of national development. Women empowerment is a basic parameter in measuring social development Index. As women faced many problems in developed and developing countries. Women's empowerment is very important for societal development. Women attained empowerment leads to attaining sustainable development. Empowerment is related to national development. Women are facing many problems but now they are empowering problems is not much touch to rural women. Women achieving of a small level of empowerment through SHG’s representation, involving self-employment activities and entry-level of participation in the local government elections. Generally, women are human resources. Human resource strengthened society will become stronger for all spheres and fields. How much need to women workers in the family and other places that much need and fulfill the women empowerment in the Socio-economic and political spheres in the society in a sustainable way.
