Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is the branch of the science of predicting fluid flow through conduits/channels, heat transfer in different modes, chemical reactions in reactors and related phenomena by solving the mathematical equations that govern these processes. CFD, also sometimes referred to as fluid flow simulation.
