L’objectif de ce travail est de contribuer à l’amélioration de la fiabilité du parc engin de la mine de DRAA SFAR. La mine de DRAA SFAR a été ouverte pour renforcer la production de la CMG, filiale de MANAGEM. En effet, les engins miniers représentent le maillon le plus important dans la production du minerai, assurant le forage dans les tailles, le déblayage et le transport du minerai, le purgeage et le soutènement des chantiers et les travaux de la logistique. Cependant, pour atteindre l’objectif du tonnage fixé par la direction, les heures de marche des engins doivent augmenter, néanmoins, la disponibilité des engins a diminué de plus en plus depuis l’année 2016. Sinon les heures de maintenance ont augmenté ainsi que le prix de reviens de chaque machine. Notre travail intervient pour faire face aux soucis de pannes répétitives des différents engins et pour contribuer à augmenter leur fiabilité et ainsi le taux de disponibilité, en minimisant les heures de pannes et le temps d’intervention. Afin d’aboutir à cet objectif, nous avons adopté et appliqué la démarche de la maintenance basée sur la fiabilité.
