Altruism and cooperation forms the basis of globalization. The substrate of globalization is cooperation and not survival of the fittest. Cooperation is a form of evolutionary fitness. Altruism contributes to evolutionary fitness within one species. This constitutes what is called as symbiotic evolution of the species &race. The growth of endosymbiotic actinidic archaea in relation to climate change &global warming leads to neanderthalisation of the human mind-body system causing prefrontal cortical atrophy &cerebellar hyperplasia which has been related to autistic phenotypes. The cerebellar dominance leads to more of extrasensory perception, quantal perception, impulsive behaviour &sense of oneness with the world around us. This leads on to a culture of altruism. Altruism is a feature of symbiotic evolution. Actinidic archaeal related cerebellar dominance leads to changes in brain function producing a new socio-political, spiritual, sexual &cultural phenotype.
