How information and uncertainty are linked and why entropy plays an important role in measuring information and previous information. What is the minimum distance of the code and the number of errors that can be corrected by the specified minimum distance code; the basics of linear symbols: how to construct such symbols, how to encrypt and decrypt them with a linear code.
