Un modèle simple d'inflation a été construit sur la base du cadre vectoriel autorégressif pour analyser la réaction des prix des produits de base nationaux aux prix des devises, à la tendance des prix mondiaux et à un certain nombre de variables macroéconomiques. L'étude a cherché à déterminer dans quelle mesure les valeurs des taux de change contribuent à l'inflation et, par extension, à tester l'acceptabilité de l'argument théorique en faveur d'une répercussion complète des taux de change en utilisant des données nigérianes. Il a été confirmé que les séries étaient intégrées d'ordre un lorsque le test de Dickey Fuller augmenté a été appliqué pour vérifier l'ordre d'intégration. En utilisant la procédure de cointégration de Johansen, il a également été établi qu'il existe une relation d'équilibre à long terme entre les variables. Les résultats du modèle vectoriel de correction d'erreurs ont confirmé la réaction de l'inflation au taux de change au Nigeria. Il a également été constaté que l'inflation réagissait à la tendance mondiale des prix et aux variables autres que l'ouverture. L'intelligence artificielle a été utilisée pour traduire ce livre.
