The psychological benchmarking model has been developed to improve the work welfare, optimize the organizational climate, increase the worker performance, and to be used in the measurement of how successful the management moves have been in improving the human resources management and selecting personnel for critical positions future-oriented personnel planning and making decisions such as job rotation.
