Description

Ces dernières années, les dispositifs photovoltaiques à base des cellules CdS/CuInS2 ou CdS/CuInGa(Se,S)2 présentaient des qualités intéressantes. Cependant, le CdS est un élément toxique qui pourrait être un frein au développement de cette filière. Nous avons choisi de le remplacer par le composé sulfure de zinc (ZnS) que nous fabriquons par dépôt chimique en phase liquide (CBD). Au cours de cette étude, nous avons fait dans un premier temps un rappel théorique sur les photopiles ensuite nous avons présenté une étude bibliographique des propriétés physiques et des techniques de croissance du matériau ZnS, enfin nous avons présenté les couches réalisées ainsi que les résultats obtenus par des mesures sensibles aux propriétés de surface et de volume de ces couches. About the Author Tarek Ben Nasr est Docteur en physique, son domaine de recherche est la physique des matériaux. Il est membre du laboratoire de physique de la matière condensée de la Faculté des Sciences de Tunis et est Maître assistant à l'Institut Supérieur des Sciences et des Technologies de l'énergie de Gafsa (Tunisie) où il assure des cours de physique.
