Lucrarea Probele in procesul civil - legislatie, doctrina si jurisprudenta reprezinta o cercetare de amploare a unei institutii centrale a procesului civil, realizata atat din perspectiva legislatiei si doctrinei in materie, cat si din perspectiva jurisprudentei, fiind examinate inclusiv decizii ale CJUE si ale CEDO. Autoarea si-a propus sa ofere celor interesati o lucrare care cuprinde o tratare aprofundata, practica si explicativa a mijloacelor de proba. Problematica fiecarui capitol este abordata mai intai din perspectiva legislatiei, apoi din perspectiva doctrinei, explicatiile teoretice fiind deseori completate cu cazuri practice, ceea ce face posibila perceperea cu usurinta a chestiunilor cercetate. Ca structura, lucrarea cuprinde trei parti: prima parte este consacrata teoriei generale a probelor, in care este prezentat inclusiv regimul acestora in procesul civil international si in dreptul comparat; in partea a doua este analizat fiecare mijloc de proba, prin raportare la legislatia altor tari, valorificandu-se si o bogata doctrina, indeosebi franceza; partea a treia este dedicata probelor in caile de atac, in procedurile speciale, in procedura arbitrala si in contestatia la executare. Prin volumul de informatii, prin rigoarea argumentarii solutiilor, precum si prin caracterul interdisciplinar al cercetarii, lucrarea in discutie reprezinta un instrument de lucru indispensabil teoreticienilor si practicienilor dreptului, inclusiv studenti, masteranzi si doctoranzi in drept. Stilul folosit este clar si cursiv, astfel incat lucrarea este accesibila cititorului, chiar si celui mai putin familiarizat cu termenii juridici.
