Designed for perpendicular cuts using the wheel's outer edge, this 180 mm x 2.5 mm disc excels at cutting autobody and marine sheet metal, stainless steel tubing, exhaust pipes, clamps, and rusted fasteners. Powered by 3M Re-Engineered Precision Shaped Grain technology with proprietary molecular bonding, the wheel features sharp, angular structures that continuously fracture to maintain cutting edges. This design enables faster slicing action, cooler operation, and extended wheel life compared to earlier generations. The abrasive cuts up to 10% faster than 3M Cubitron II Performance Abrasives, reducing operator time and pressure needed per cut. Engineered for industrial and professional workshop use, the pack contains 25 wheels rated T42 specification with 36+ grit for versatile metal-cutting applications.
