Description
Key Features
The 3B Scientific P14 model demonstrates how the late effects of diabetes mellitus lead to pressure points and damage on the foot.
This simulator features a right foot model showing a malignant change spreading from the bottom of the foot to the metatarsus.
Students can identify a mal perforans on the sole of the foot and a grade 3 pressure ulcer located on the heel.
The model illustrates a complete loss of skin layers and necrotic subcutaneous tissue indicated by black coloring in the wound.
This educational foot model is supplied without the leg for focused clinical study.
