Franz von Baader zählt zu den großen Mysten des esoterischen Christentums. Doch sein Werk liegt bis heute unter einem Schleier der Amnesie verborgen. Grund dafür ist, dass die Erschließung des spirituellen Erbes Baaders nur auf dem Wege einer Exegese zu haben ist, die sich selbst dem Grundsatz der Eingeweihten aller Zeiten verpflichtet weiß, dass „Gleiches nur durch Gleiches erkannt“ werden kann. Dass die Überlieferungen der Religionen in ihren historischen Verfälschungen zu ihrem wahren Verständnis der Zurückführung auf die Tradition der monotheistischen Ur-Offenbarung bedürfen, ist eine Erkenntnis, die sich an Baaders Geltendmachung des gnostischen Wesens des Christentums paradigmatisch festmachen lässt. Die Zukunft gehört der Theosophie, weil diese die Religionen in das kabbalistische Genom einer monotheistischen Urtradition zurückholt, die mit dem »Denken selbst«, das heißt mit Adam Kadmon, schlichtweg eins ist. So ist die Spekulation, da sie das von den externen Kulten verdrängte Wesen der »Offenbarung selbst« ist, der Schlüssel zu den Mysterien der Religion und wahre Quelle des Friedens für die Völker und Kulturen der Erde.
