The book finds out that there is an Azerbaijan issue in Iran and it comes from the factor of the division the lands and people of Azerbaijan which northern part of that is independent. At the contemporary period the dispute over the Caspian Sea and considering that the Caspian region is of crucial geopolitical region and there is great interest of Great Powers which influence on the relationship between Azerbaijan and Iran are issues the book discusses, as well.
