A tool which could help in explaining a company’s performance in terms of quantitative factor is very much needed. Over the last few years, many believe that traditional tools such as accounting earnings have provided useful information in predicting company performance. Economic Value Added (EVA) has recently amazed much attention as a tool that takes into consideration many factors such as economy, accounting and market information in its assessment consideration.
