The purpose of this book is to promote a systematic and organized approach to this minor oral surgical procedure with minimal invasive approach. This book is based on the research work that is done in experimental conditions on patients to reduce the post-operative morbidity after third molar surgery. Further, it is intended as a guide book to all those who wish to learn, or improve their knowledge of this branch of the surgeon's art. It aims to give the dental post graduate students and the general practitioner practical guidance in the form of an atlas which includes surgical procedures that may be performed in the dental office. This book may even be used by the practitioners for educating the patient.
