L’objectif principal du présent travail est la recherche des molécules bioactives naturelles, puisées des plantes aromatiques et médicinales Marocaine, susceptibles d’être utilisées comme produit phytosanitaire contre les germes pathogènes responsables des infections nosocomiales des locaux Hospitaliers. Pour ce faire nous avons déterminé dans une première étape l’incidence des Infections nosocomiales au sein de service de réanimation de l’hôpital de CHU de Fès, Maroc. Ensuite nous avons effectué un test in vitro d’activité antibactérienne des Huiles essentielles extraites à partir de deux plantes sauvages d’origine Marocaine. Nous avons également évalué un test antifongique des HE de la sauge contre Aspergillus fumiguatus en utilisant la méthode REMA. L’analyse phytochimique des HE des deux plantes étudiées a été réalisée par GC-MS. La technique (DIC) à été utilisé pour améliorer l’extraction des polyphénols a partir des feuilles de la sauge. Les résultats obtenus montrent que les molécules bioactives extraites des plantes pourraient être utilisées comme moyen préventive contre les infections nosocomiales.
