The World Health Organization has classified ELF (including electric power networks) electromagnetic fields and cell phone radiations as possibly carcinogenic (causing cancer) to humans in 2002 and 2011, respectively. Humans are today exposed to emissions from wireless communications and electricity at levels up to 1020 times the natural background radiation.
