The second part of the book addresses the issue of high level corruption in the region of Southeast Asia in general and in Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia in particular. It is designed to investigate the problem of corruption at different periods of modern history of Southeast Asia taking into account all factors.
