In den letzten Jahren wurden die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der funktionellen Magnetresonanztomographie (fMRT) durch ein Verfahren erweitert, bei dem die akquirierten Daten schon während der Messung ausgewertet werden. Dieses Verfahren bezeichnet man als "Echtzeit-fMRT" und es erlaubt z.B. die Implementierung von Hirn-Computer-Schnittstellen. Experimente in der Echtzeit-fMRT erfordern das reibungslose Zusammenspiel verschiedener Systeme wie z.B. MR-Tomograph, Datenauswertung und Stimuluspräsentation. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird ein integrierter Ansatz zur Beschreibung von Experimenten der Echtzeit-fMRT vorgestellt. In einer XML-basierten Beschreibungssprache wird eine Wissensrepräsentation beschrieben, die in der Lage ist die Parameterräume der Teilsysteme zu verbinden und somit den Entwurf, die Simulation und die Durchführung von Experimenten vereinfacht. Die Anwendung der Wissensrepräsentation und der entwickelten Software erfolgt in einem neuroökonomischen Interaktionsszenario. Dabei war es mit Hilfe der Echtzeit-Klassifikation möglich die Entscheidungen von Probanden im sogenannten Ultimatumspiel vorherzusagen, bevor die Probanden ihre Entscheidungen kund taten.
