A book - everything in it - no sorting! Legal status: July 2024. Since the appearance of the 15th Edition of the "Law Collection for the Federal Police" in 2022, much has changed in legislation at both national and European level. The right of foreigners and asylum has been particularly intensively renewed: the AufenthG, the AufenthV, the AsylG and the AZRG as well as the SGK have undergone numerous and partly extensive changes. As usual, extensive updates were also required in the StGB and in the StPO. In addition, the RiStBV relevant for the criminal and fine proceedings have been completely republished with effect from 30.3.2023. In the BPolG, § 22a regarding the inventory data information has been modified again and a new authority standard in the form of § 30a has been inserted, which allows the tender for concealed control, investigation request or targeted control. In aviation security law, the practice-relevant annex of the DVO (EU) 2015/1998 concerning aviation security measures has undergone a far-reaching revision by a total of four EU amending regulations. The official regulations have also been updated. It is particularly worth mentioning the extensive modernization of the federal disciplinary law, which has reshaped the law so much that you can almost speak of a new edict. The previous Regulation (EC) No. 1371/2007 on the rights and obligations of passengers in rail transport has been repealed and replaced by the new Regulation (EU) 2021/782. There were also many changes in the Federal Central Register Act, the Youth Protection Act, the Nationality Act, in the passport and ID card law as well as in narcotics law. In order to further increase the demands of the "collection of laws", four regulatory works have been removed and others shortened. In return, eight sources of law - in whole or in part - have been re-recorded. These include the border search data regulation, the consumer cannabis law, the police commissioner law, the passport, ID card and eID card data retrieval regulation as well as the decree on the cooperation of the public prosecutor's office and police. The number of regulations considered in the law collection has thus increased to a total of 210 sources of law. The alphabetical structure of the work, the list of contents and keywords as well as the practical quick overview of all included legal sources on the back of the book continue to guarantee the well-known user-friendliness of the work, true to the motto: Wanted - found!
