Vorwort Die nachfolgenden TabeBen und Schemata sallen die leichte Auffindung und schnelle Entnahme der in der Elektrokardio,graphie gebrauchlichen MeBwerte unter Vermeidung irgendwelcher Berechnungen ermoglich'en. Sie sind ausschlieBlich filr die tagliche elektrokardio graphische Praxis bestimmt, enthalten daher nichts Pro blematisches, sondern steBen vielmehr eine Sammlung der in der Literatur verstreuten und heute bereits an erkannten Durchschnittswerte auf engstem Raume dar. Dazu werden noch einige eigene Ergebnisse (beziiglich der Minuten-QT -Dauer und der Ekg-Typen) hinzuge filgt und das Biichlein ferne~hin durch Tabellen zur Ab lesung der Frequenz und der Zeitdauer der Elektrokar diogrammzacken ,sowie zum Vergleich verschiedener Zeitschreibungen erweitert. Zum Schlusse folgt nach eine Tabelle zur Erleichterung der Infarktdiagnostik ver mittels der Brustwandableitungen. Den einzelnen Tabellen wurden kurze Erlauterungen vorausgeschickt, in denen nur bereits gesichertes Er fahrungsgut gebracht und die praktische Beniitzung der selben an Hand von Beispielen erklart wird. Die Litera turangaben wurden auf das Notwendigste beschrankt. SoIl ten die Hilfstafeln im klinischen Betriebe mid in der Allgemeinpraxis eine leichtere und schnellere Ana lyse der Elektrokardiogramme ermoglichen, so haben sie damit ihrer Bestimmung bereits vollauf geniigt.
