Dies sind die Geschichten des kleinen, aber doch schon ziemlich erwachsenen Jungen Pit, der in einer wirklich schönen Stadt lebt, in Holiday. Allerdings könnte er auch überall auf dieser Welt leben. Denn die Abenteuer, die er so durchstehen muss, sind ganz sicher auch anderswo möglich. Ja, was könnte wohl schöner sein, als Mrs. Clearwater, Pits Lehrerin, endlich unter die sprichwörtliche "Haube" zu bringen? Wohl nichts, wenn man die plötzlichen, sehr mysteriösen Schwierigkeiten vergessen könnte. Es kommt natürlich mal wieder alles anders, doch für Pit wendet sich am Ende alles zum Guten. Allerdings taucht wie aus dem Nichts ein sagenhafter Serienkiller auf, Jack the Ripper! Und als ob das noch immer nicht ausreicht, ist da plötzlich ein rätselhafter Geistersee. Pits Leben ist mal wieder vollgepackt mit total verrückten Abenteuern, die er bestehen muss. Wird er es schaffen, Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen? Und wird das Geheimnis um den mysteriösen Geistersee gelüftet?
