Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich BWL - Marketing, Unternehmenskommunikation, CRM, Marktforschung, Social Media, Note: 1.0, Hochschule Fresenius Düsseldorf, Veranstaltung: Business Administration, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Sprachassistenten und Smart Speaker zählen aufgrund der zunehmenden Reichweite und den Innovationsbestrebungen der großen Tech-Unternehmen in diesem Bereich zu den digitalen Produkten mit dem größten Entwicklungspotenzial. Durch die wachsende Reichweite gewinnt auch die Frage nach dem Einfluss auf das digitale Marketing an Bedeutung. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, diesen Einfluss zu analysieren und die Erfolgspotenziale und Risiken für das digitale Marketing herauszuarbeiten. Um dies zu beantworten, werden neben den Sprachassistenten auch digitale Geschäftsmodelle sowie digitale Marketingkanäle vorgestellt. Diese Grundlagen werden im weiteren Verlauf genutzt, um neben den Erfolgspotenzialen und Risiken für bestehende Marketingkanäle auch neue Potenziale durch neue Werbemöglichkeiten analysieren zu können. Hierbei lässt sich festhalten, dass Sprachassistenten einen positiven Einfluss auf die generelle Mediennutzung und damit auch auf die Reichweite für Werbetreibende haben werden, sich aber auch Risiken für bestehende Marketingkanäle ergeben. Vor allem Suchanfragen zu Produkten, die den habituellen Kaufentscheidungen zuzuordnen sind, sowie Displaywerbung auf Content-Plattformen, bei denen sich der Content aus Nutzersicht einfacher über Sprachassistenten abrufen lässt, könnte durch Sprachassistenten substituiert werden. Außerdem gewinnen starke Marken weiter an Bedeutung, da die Auswahlmöglichkeiten für den Nutzer auf Sprachassistenten deutlich begrenzt sind. Positiv ist allerdings festzuhalten, dass sich durch Sprachassistenten auch neue Werbemöglichkeiten ergeben und z.B. das digitale Audiomarketing weiter an Bedeutung gewinnen wird.
