Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Sport, Sportpädagogik, Note: 1,3, Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (Sportwissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Sport und Alkohol - das gilt in der öffentlichen Wahrnehmung oftmals als Gegensatz. Doch insbesondere im Mannschaftssport scheint der Konsum von Alkohol weit verbreitet zu sein, vor allem der Fußball wird nicht selten im Zusammenhang mit dem exzessiven Konsum von Alkohol genannt. Bespiele aus dem Bereich der professionellen Spieler finden sich im Fußball allemal. Über Uli Borowka und Paul Gascoigne gibt es zahllose Anekdoten im Trinkkontext. James „Jimmy" Greaves spritzte sich Wodka in die Orangen, die er mit zum Training nahm. Und George Best sagte einmal sinngemäß, dass er viel Geld für Alkohol, leichte Mädchen und schnelle Autos ausgegeben habe, den Rest habe er einfach „verprasst". Doch auch auf Amateurebene scheint sportive Aktivität gepaart mit Alkoholkonsum zu sein. Ob bei Mannschaftsfeiern, Sportfesten oder der Siegesfeier nach einem gewonnen Spiel. Der obligatorische „Kasten Bier" steht bei den meisten Mannschaftssportarten nach dem Spiel im Mittelpunkt der Kabine und des Interesses. Die vorliegende Arbeit versucht die einzelnen Komponenten der theoretischen Konzepte des Rausch- und Trinkverhaltens im Sport zu detektieren und anschließend zusammenzuführen. Einleitend wird in Kapitel 2 die Terminologie des Alkoholbegriffs grob skizziert, um im Anschluss die für diese Arbeit essentielle, soziologisch-konstruktivistische Annahme der Wirklichkeitskonstruktion zu erläutern. In einem nächsten Schritt, dem Kapitel 3, muss dann eine kulturhistorische Einbettung des Rausch- und Trinkverhaltens der westlichen Hochkulturen vollzogen werden, da der Konsum von Alkohol in der europäischen Anthropologie als konstant erscheint. Kapitel 4 soll als Erklärung des Rauschzustandes in all seinen Merkmalen dienen, um den menschlichen Drang zum ‚veränderten' Bewusstsein erfassen zu können.
