Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Medizin - Biomedizinische Technik, Note: 1.0, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Gesundheitspolitik steht vor vielfältigen Aufgaben. Insbesondere der demografische Wandel erfordert in Zukunft tiefgreifende präventive Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Lebensqualität im Alter. Eine solche Präventionsmaßnahme ist die Sturzprophylaxe für Menschen mit neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen. Diese wird in dieser Arbeit in Form eines digitalen Therapiesystems adressiert, das mit Hilfe der Kinect-Kamera von Microsoft umgesetzt wurde. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, das Exergame-Produkt „STAY-Fit" zu entwickeln. Dazu wurden zuerst Testläufe mit als Spielen implementierten Trainingsübungen in Altenheimen und Pflegeeinrichtungen durchgeführt. Nach der Evaluation dieser Testläufe wurde auf Basis der Erkenntnisse eine Konzeptionierung des digitalen Therapiesystems durchgeführt und diese softwaretechnisch umgesetzt. Nach einem erneuten Testlauf mit Evaluation wurde die Konzeption verfeinert. Die Konzeptentwicklung wird ausführlich erläutert, sodass nachzuvollziehen ist, welche Gedankengänge das Konzept maßgeblich beeinflussen. Wie genau das Exergame mit der Kinect unter Verwendung von Unity softwaretechnisch umgesetzt wurde, wird anhand von Klassendiagrammen und Codebeispielen erklärt. Ergebnis dieser Arbeit ist ein prototypisch umgesetztes digitales Therapieprogramm für Menschen mit neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen, das mit besonderem Augenmerk auf den Einsatz für eine Gruppe von Teilnehmern in Pflegeeinrichtungen und Altenheimen konzipiert wurde.
