Doktorarbeit / Dissertation aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Anlagenbau, Note: Magna cum Laude, Universität Bremen (Fachbereich Produktionstechnik, Lehrstuhl "Planung und Steuerung produktionstechnischer und logistischer Systeme"), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Entwicklung einer Methode der Fertigungssteuerung, welche die veränderte Rolle und das verbreiterte Aufgabenspektrum in einem Cyber-Physischen Produktionssystem berücksichtigt. Die Arbeit folgt einem systematischen Ansatz, indem zunächst eine grundlegende Problemstellung spezifiziert und anschließend die Vorteile konventioneller Methoden der Fertigungssteuerung hinsichtlich der Anwendung auf die grundlegende Problemstellung diskutiert werden. Aus den Erkenntnissen dieser Methodendiskussion sowie der Analyse produktionslogistischer Grundsätze werden Anforderungen an die zu entwickelnde Methode der autonomen Fertigungsregelung (AFR) definiert, welche die anschließende Methodenentwicklung prägen. Die AFR wird in den Anwendungsfällen der flexiblen Fließ- und Werkstattfertigung in zwei Simulationsmodellen mit verschiedenen Parameterkonstellationen simuliert sowie mit konventionellen Methoden hinsichtlich der logistischen Leistung verglichen. Die Ergebnisse in beiden Anwendungsfällen bestätigen die theoretischen Potentiale der Selbststeuerung und der Integration der Aufgaben der Fertigungssteuerung in einer Methode. Je nach Parameterkonstellation können bei gleicher Arbeitszeit eine höhere Termintreue bei geringeren Durchlaufzeiten oder vergleichbare Termintreue und Durchlaufzeiten bei deutlich geringerer Arbeitszeit erzielt werden. Diese Arbeit und insbesondere die Untersuchung am Szenario einer realen Werkstattfertigung liefern quantitative Anreize, die Entwicklung zu Cyber-Physischen Produktionssystemen weiter voranzutreiben und auf dem betrieblichen Hallenboden die notwendige Infrastruktur zu schaffen.
