Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Note: 1,9, Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit geht es um die richtige Vorgehensweise in der zukünftigen Produktionsarbeit. Dabei wird die Produktion in dieser Ausarbeitung aus volkswirtschaftlicher und unternehmerischer Sicht betrachtet. Mit der "Lean Production" (Schlanke Produktion) als Teil des "Lean Managements" und der Industrie 4.0 werden zwei Vorgehensweisen für die Produktionstätigkeit vorgestellt. Diese beiden Konzepte verfolgen das Ziel einer wettbewerbsfähigen Produktion. Der Weg, den das jeweilige Konzept einschlägt, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, ähnelt sich teilweise, ist teilweise aber auch grundverschieden. Ein wichtiger Aspekt dieser Arbeit ist daher auch die Idee einer Vereinigung der beiden Vorgehensweisen, um damit mögliche Anstöße für die Produktionsarbeit der Zukunft zu liefern. Der Einstieg in die Arbeit erfolgt mit einer Analyse der Produktion als Wirtschaftsfaktor, gefolgt von den abgeleiteten Zielgrößen, die Unternehmen zur Optimierung ihrer Produktion verfolgen. Im Anschluss wird mit Industrie 4.0 ein aktuelles Produktionskonzept anhand seiner Entstehung, Komponenten und Konzepte vorgestellt. Um die notwendige Ganzheitlichkeit eines Produktionsprogrammes zu erzeugen, folgt dann die Vorstellung des "Lean Managements". Die genannten Betrachtungen münden in einer Synthese von Industrie 4.0 und Lean Management, die sich im Rahmen dieser Arbeit auf Faktoren der Produktion beschränkt.
