Verhandlungen zwischen traditionellen Geberländern, Schwellen- und Entwicklungsländern zur strategischen Ausrichtung der globalen Post-2015 Entwicklungsagenda sollen noch in diesem Jahr, mit der Verabschiedung von globalen Nachhaltigkeitszielen, den Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), zu einem ersten Abschluss gebracht werden. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist der Erkenntnisgewinn über die Praxis der deutschen EZ mit Bezug zur Post-2015-Agenda. Es wird sich hierbei auf den Ausschnitt der deutschen technischen Zusammenarbeit (TZ) konzentriert, welcher durch die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) als Durchführungsorganisation realisiert wird. Die folgenden Ausgangsfragestellungen liegen der Arbeit zugrunde: 1. Welche Ziele verfolgt die deutsche EZ im Rahmen der bilateralen technischen Zusammenarbeit im Licht der EINEWELT Zukunftscharta? 1.1. In wieweit stimmen die theoretischen Leitlinien der Charta und die derzeitige Praxis der TZ bereits überein? 2. Über welche strategischen Ansätze und Maßnahmen sollen die Ziele erreicht werden? 3. Welche geographischen und inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte setzt die TZ bei der Zielverfolgung? For the realisation of most of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) the year 2015 is the decisive benchmark.
