About the Author Jiaxing Liu is a professor at the 10th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, where for the past 40 years he had participated in vital research pertaining to the design of various space TTC systems. He is a winner of Chinese Manned Space Outstanding Contributions Award, National Science and Technology Progress Awards, and National Defense Science and Technology Progress Awards.
