Problems and Prospects of Agritourism Business : This dissertation comprises analysis of agritourism in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts of Konkan region of Maharashtra. Some Previous studies about agritourism have mainly focused on the motivations of farmers to start agritourism in Maharashtra. But they have not identified problems regarding agritourism and what are obstacles in the establishment of the agritourism centers. Therefore, in this study author tried to focus on the factors problems and opportunities in agritourism especially concern to the Konkan region.
