This light shows to mankind not only the proper direction to go ahead but to visualize the various fields with minute observation.Empowerment is envisaged as an aid to help women to achieve equality with men or, at least, to reduce gender gap considerably.If education is given to woman than it would lead to education of home, society and world at large.
