About the Author Dr. Ibun Kombo was born in Kiwani, Tanzania 1960. I pursued my first degree in Social Work in 1995 and PGD in Developing Areas Studies in 1998, and MA at Hull University in UK in 2002. By 2004 I, took my PhD in International University of America UK and completed 2007. In, 2008, I joined the University of Dodoma Tanzania as a lecturer.
