Im zweiten Schritt macht er dem Anwender vorhandene Ideen und „Good Practices“ innerhalb des Unternehmens durch ein Konzept zur Auswahl und Entscheidungsunterstützung zugänglich. Es folgt die Nutzung der erkannten Maßnahmen zur Zielwertbestimmung für einen idealen Energiebedarf und eine Rückkopplung von Effizienzwissen aus den untersuchten Gewerken in den letzten Konzeptschritten.
