Description

Durch die gezielte Erweiterung der Regelkreise im Kraftstoffpfad anhand modellbasierter Vorsteuerfunktionen reduziert Christian Auerbach den für die teilhomogene Verbrennung kritischen maximalen Zylinderdruckgradienten. Dadurch ist es ihm gelungen, einen hochtransienten, teilhomogenen Motorbetrieb sowie eine geregelte Betriebsartenumschaltung am Motorenprüfstand zu realisieren. Der für das konventionelle Dieselbrennverfahren typische Ruß-NOx-Konflikt wird so unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Grenzwerte für den maximalen Druckgradienten entschärft.
