Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule Kiel, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Thesis „Balanced Scorecard und Case Management, können beide Konzepte zur Effizienzsteigerung in Non-Profit-Unternehmen beitragen" erläutert im ersten Schritt ausführlich die Methode des Case Managements. Sie beschränkt sich dabei auf Organisationen, die im sozialwirtschaftlichen Markt ausschließlich im Non-Profit-Bereich auftreten. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich ausschließlich mit Organisationen, die im Non-Profit-Bereich agieren. Wenn die Begriffe Sozialunternehmen oder Träger etc. verwendet werden, sind hiermit immer Akteure, die im Non-Profit-Bereich agieren, gemeint. Zunächst wird die Methode des Case Managements vorgestellt und dessen Entwicklung aufgezeigt. Leitideen und Anforderungen an ein effizientes Case Management werden im Weiteren diskutiert. Zum Abschluss erfolgt eine kritische sozialpädagogische Auseinandersetzung mit dem Case Management und stellt dessen Bedeutung für die Soziale Arbeit und die Anwendung in deren relevanten Feldern in den Blickpunkt. Darauf folgt eine Darstellung des Konzepts der Balance Scorecard. Vermittelt wird zu Beginn ein Basiswissen der Balance Scorecard und es werden Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen an Non-Profit-Organisationen beschrieben, die für den Einsatz der Balance Scorecard gegeben sein müssen. Weiter wird aufgezeigt, ob unter Effizienzsteigerungsgesichtspunkten sich das direkt interventionsbezogene Handlungskonzept (Case Management) mit dem Strukturhandlungskonzept (Balance Scorecard) verknüpfen lässt. Hierbei richtet sich unter anderem der Blick darauf, was bei einer erfolgreichen Implementierung beider Konzepte zu beachten ist. Es folgt hiernach der Entwurf eines eigenen Modells der Balanced Scorecard und dessen Erläuterung. Letztendlich mündet die Evaluation der aus dieser Arbeit gewonnen Erkenntnisse im Fazit, welche Anforderungen an
