Band 2 richtet sein Augenmerk dagegen auf die ausseruniversitare Forschung. Neben deren rechtlichen Grundlagen werden ausfuhrlich die wichtigsten deutschen Forschungs-, Wissenschafts- und Koordinationseinrichtungen vorgestellt und die rechtlichen Probleme der Forschungsverwaltung erortert. Zudem wird ein internationaler Uberblick gegeben."
