About the Author Paolo Spagnoletti is assistant professor of Business Information Systems at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He coordinates the Research Center on Information Systems at LUISS. He has been visiting fellow at the London School of Economics (UK), Georgia State University (USA) and INRIA-Loria (F).
