Etwas, das man anläßlich einer Mieterhöhungsakte in die Hand nehmen und einfach nachschlagen kann, ohne endlos in Datenbanken nach einzelnen Urteilen suchen zu müssen. Dieses Buch haben wir hiermit geschrieben. Darin haben wir über 200 Berliner Entscheidungen gesammelt, den Grundgedanken schlagwortartig in Form eines Leitsatzes zusammengefasst und die relevanten Inhalte zitiert, damit zu jedem einzelnen Merkmal zu erkennen ist, woran die Gerichte sich orientieren. Wir haben sämtliche Merkmale der Spanneneinordnung seit dem Mietspiegel 2005 einander gegenübergestellt, um die Anwendbarkeit von Urteilen der letzten Jahre auf den aktuellen Mietspiegel ersichtlich zu machen. Wir haben sämtliche Unterschiede zum Mietspiegel 2009 in übersichtlichen Tabellen zusammengefasst und, wo nötig, ausgewertet. Und schließlich haben wir das den Mietspiegel für den Nicht-Fachmann in einer Kurzdarstellung des Mieterhöhungsrechts des BGB positioniert und die Grundlagen kurz erläutert. Mit diesem Buch sollte es uns (als Fachanwälten) und Ihnen möglich sein, Mieterhöhungen effizient zu bearbeiten und schnell sicher einzuschätzen.
