Esta investigación se trata de un trabajo elaborado durante mi maestría y los primeros años de mi tesis doctoral en el área de género. En el transcurso de su lectura podrá encontrarse con un análisis del recorrido normativo que ha tenido la intervención en casos de Violencia de Género. Destacando la ineficacia legislativa y el déficit que existe en la intervención social, psicológica y jurídica en Violencia de Género. Una puesta de intervención intencionada, con el objetivo de crear conciencia y desarrollar los indicadores de la detección precoz de dicha violencia, incidiendo en la importancia de la violencia psicológica. Apreciará cómo la violencia psicológica, se encuentra tipificada legalmente e invisibilizada en el proceso de intervención jurídico penal. Como conclusión, se destacarán algunas metas a conseguir y sugerencias para la efectiva praxis de la normativa legal.
